Incident Narrative
An employee was operating a trash bucket and had raised the bucket to open the side trap doors in order to scrape out debris when the handle that raises/lowers the bucket was struck. The bucket then came down and struck the employee in the face. The employee sustained eye socket damage to the right side and a broken jaw.
