An employee was working on door railings for rollers to a trailer when he slipped off a 6-foot A-frame ladder and then fell on the trailer floor, hitting his ribs. He then fell back and hit his face on the concrete surface below. He was hospitalized with neck and back injuries, requiring surgery.
