Incident Narrative

An employee was delivering mail on her route. She stepped out of her vehicle onto the edge of the black top road surface. She was on the edge of the road and on uneven ground when she fell and attempted to brace herself with her left hand. As a result, she fractured her left wrist in multiple places. She stood up and immediately passed out. She was hospitalized and had surgery.
