An overnight team was stocking a store. A forklift driver was in the main lumber aisle and turned into a middle aisle to return to the receiving area, while the injured employee was standing nearby. The forklift driver ran over the tips of the injured employee's toes. He suffered two broken bones in his foot. Steel-toed boots were worn at the time of the incident.
