Incident Narrative
An employee was troubleshooting a roller that was not rolling on the rolling mill. He stepped to the side and tried to manually roll it when the roller began to roll and his fingers were pinched between the roller and the pipe going through the mill. He suffered partial amputations to his right middle and ring fingers.
