Incident Narrative

An employee was raising dock doors to inspect a trailer for unloading and loading when the door came down. The corner of the door struck the employee on the inside part of the left knee, resulting in a small laceration/puncture. The knee became more painful while walking and the employee required hospitalization. The dock door was not secured with a chain at the time of the incident.
