Incident Narrative
Three employees were sliding new auger flighting into a bin. The piece of flighting was 30' long and had to slide across an electric motor mount bracket. The injured employee's left index finger was caught at the pinch point created by the flighting and the motor mount bracket. The fingertip was amputated.
