Incident Narrative

A temporary employee was manually removing steel rings from production equipment when the steel rings slipped. The employee tried to catch the rings as they fell and suffered a severe laceration on his right hand requiring hospitalization. An employee was repairing a dock door and replacing the panel when the cable and the panel popped back and struck him in the face. The employee was hospitalized for a fractured jaw.
