Incident Narrative
An employee was working on a bulldozer's roller frame. While trying to get to a track adjuster by using a pry bar to turn the idler, the pry bar slipped as the employee was pulling downward. The employee's left boot became caught on the roller guard causing his weight to be placed on his left foot as he fell backwards resulting in a broken left ankle.
