Incident Narrative
An employee was moving items from an industrial washer to an industrial dryer. The employee grabbed the laundry with her right hand. The washing machine kept spinning and the employee's right arm got stuck in the laundry resulting in a dislocated elbow and torn ligaments and tendons.
