Incident Narrative

On December 6, 2018, an employee parked a forklift behind a trailer on the loading dock, got off the forklift and was reading a shipping manifest. Another forklift backed out of a trailer and pinned the injured employee between the two forklifts. The employee suffered a broken leg and was hospitalized.
