An employee was demonstrating a single-man rescue kit. It is a product that allows an employee to escape from a bucket truck if the truck becomes inoperable. The kit includes a rope and a descender. The employee was to hook onto the bucket and to his harness. While descending, he fell to the ground and sustained a broken right leg.
