Incident Narrative

A maintenance technician was installing new plug outlets in a sixth-floor tenant space. He was standing on a 6-foot step ladder, working in the ceiling, when he lost his balance and fell to the floor. He suffered six broken ribs on the right side of his torso, as well as a bruised right lung. He was hospitalized.
