Incident Narrative
An employee was driving a mule (motorized tractor) outdoors to retrieve an asset. As he exited the mule cab to walk to the asset, he slipped on the frozen ground and fell onto the door frame of the open cab, hitting his back. He suffered several broken ribs and a fractured spine.
