Incident Narrative
An employee was preparing to brew tea on a dual tea maker/dispenser machine. A customer came up to get some tea from the other dispenser. When the customer pulled on the handle, the housing was pulled too, causing the hot water going into the filter to spill onto and burn the employee's right arm and hand.
