Two employees were providing maintenance to a vacuum wheel when their hands were caught in the vacuum wheel. One employee received broken bones in his hand and forearm, requiring hospitalization. The second employee suffered acute carpal tunnel in the left wrist. The vacuum wheel was not locked out at the time of the incident.
