Incident Narrative
An employee was standing inside the building looking out a window on the garage door. The employee knocked on the window to get the attention of employees outside. One employee that was outside knocked on the glass in response. The window shattered and the injured employee had shards of glass enter his eye, resulting in the probable loss of the eye.
