An employee was standing on a stepladder in a car wash tunnel, wiping down a stainless steel structure and air cylinder with a cloth. The passenger-side grill brush came into contact with the employee's ladder as it pulled away from a vehicle, throwing him to the ground. He landed on his left side and suffered lacerations to the spleen. He was hospitalized.
