Incident Narrative

An employee was backing a telehandler off of a dovetail trailer when the right rear tire rolled off the side of the trailer, causing the telehandler to roll over. The employee suffered head injuries, a broken clavicle, broken ribs, and two fractured vertebrae, requiring hospitalization.
