Incident Narrative

An employee was on a 24-foot ladder that was not fully extended, hooking up a new electrical connection, when he fell approximately 6 to 10 feet backwards off the ladder and landed on a generator below. He dislocated his left elbow and broke four ribs and four spinal tips. He was hospitalized.
