Incident Narrative
An employee was in a scissor lift welding lintels. The scissor lift platform was struck from below by a moving personnel hoist crushing the employee into the ceiling. The employee sustained a fractured arm and wrist, a collapsed lung, a blood clot in the lung, and kidney damage.
