At about 3:10 a.m. on August 22, 2018, an employee was changing filters in a residence's attic. As he walked from one end of the attic to the other, he fell through the floor, landing on the floor about 10 feet below. He fractured his right foot and suffered a laceration to the right hand, and was hospitalized.
