Incident Narrative

An employee was attempting to climb into the driver's side of a pickup truck when his left foot slipped off the running board and his left hand lost grip of the handle inside the truck, causing him to fall to the ground and land on his back. He sustained five fractured ribs and a punctured lung, requiring hospitalization.
