An employee was walking around inside the building making sure that all doors were locked. As she walking towards the entry to the kitchen, she tripped and fell to the floor at the transition between the rubber tile and the ceramic tile, suffering a left shoulder dislocation, fracture to the left arm, and contusion to the left eye. She was hospitalized.
