Incident Narrative
The injured employee was applying flammable, solvent-based adhesive on the roof. As he walked by another employee using a torch to dry the roof, the employee's clothes ignited. The injured employee then entered the area where the adhesive was being applied and a fire started. The injured employee sustained burns to about 80 percent of his body and was hospitalized.
