Incident Narrative

An employee was riding in the basket of a bucket truck placing cable from pole to pole. As the truck advanced slowly along the ground, it struck a hole. As the truck moved out of the hole, it rocked and the employee fell from the bucket to the ground. The employee sustained fractured vertebrae and a spinal injury.
