An employee was driving a trap rake vehicle to a golf course bunker to rake. The employee's glasses became foggy/wet due to inclement weather. As the employee attempted to clean his glasses, the vehicle overturned into a ditch/embankment and landed on the employee. The employee sustained a mild concussion, ruptured appendix, and a laceration to the left side of the head.
