On June 25, 2018, an employee was pinching the metal pins (weighing about 25 pounds) out of an 18-wheeler flatbed truck, preparing the bed for a new load of steel I-beams. One of the pins caught his cloth causing him to lose balance; he fell to the concrete floor, breaking several ribs and his collarbone.
