Incident Narrative
The employee was shadowing on an auto chop saw. He put a piece of wood into the molder and it jammed between the fencing. Other product hit the jammed piece of wood. The employee went to remove the jammed piece of wood and his left pinky finger was pinched between the wood pieces. The employee suffered a partial amputation of the pinky finger on his left hand.
