Incident Narrative

An employee was standing behind the planer/molder machine operator. The employee reached around the machine operator, grabbed a piece of wood flooring, and pulled it forward into the top cutter head. His right hand made contact with the cutter head resulting in severe lacerations to the third, fourth and fifth fingers. The fourth and fifth fingers were amputated.
