Incident Narrative
An employee climbed the ladder on the back of a water truck to load water into the truck using a fire hose. When the water to the hose was turned on, the employee was startled by the pressure and fell back off of the ladder. The employee fell 7 feet to the ground, suffering a left-side skull fracture, left rib fracture, and L4 vertebra process fracture.
