An employee was turning around after getting supplies from a cabinet to attend to a patient in a dental chair when the employee's foot became caught in hoses/tubing/the cord under the dental chair. The employee fell, striking the floor and countertop. The employee suffered left kneecap fractures and a chin laceration.
