Incident Narrative
Three carpenters were removing glass from a crate. Two employees placed the glass on the cart while the injured employee was at the end of the crate. The glass began to tip and the injured employee attempted to stop the glass from falling. The glass pinned the injured employee's leg to the ground resulting in leg bruising.
