Incident Narrative
An employee was disconnecting a hydraulic line from a cylinder that was being lifted from a core press by a crane. The cylinder then slipped from the cylinder bracket, and the employee's left little finger was pinched between the cylinder bracket and press core frame. The left little finger was amputated at the first knuckle.
