Incident Narrative

Two employees were using a mechanical lift to lift a resident from a bed. As the resident was being lifted, he started thrashing and the lift tilted. The employees tried to hold the lift and one of them suffered a strained back, while the other was hit by the lift frame and suffered a broken right leg.
