Incident Narrative
An employee was on the loading dock, loading a trailer. He climbed onto the trailer-door track-guard at the rear of the trailer to reach and strap freight, securing it in the trailer. He slipped off the door-track guard and fell into the gap between the trailer and dock, sustaining multiple fractures to his right ankle.
