Incident Narrative
Two employees were moving a dolly containing sheet rock when a wheel became caught on top of a drain. When they tried to free the dolly, some of the sheet rock fell. One of the employees tried to stop the sheet rock but was struck, breaking a leg, knee, and ankle.
