On April 27, 2018, at approximately 7:00 AM, an employee was operating a drill and had just finished drilling two holes in some square tubing when he attempted to grab a shaving near the drill bit, which caught his glove. His left thumb was then pulled into the drill bit, severely cutting it and resulting in a partial amputation.
