Incident Narrative

An employee was walking on the roof to bring tape to his co-worker who was repairing a skylight when he stepped onto the old skylight with plexiglass in place and fell about 15 feet through it to the floor. He sustained three cracked vertebrae, a cracked rib, and a bruised hip, requiring hospitalization.
