Incident Narrative

An employee was at an assigned pickup location and was sweeping out a semi trailer with a broom prior to loading it when he fell out of the trailer. He struck his head on the concrete below and was knocked unconscious for a brief period. He suffered a laceration requiring staples, a concussion and hospitalization.
