An employee was standing on the ground using an overhead crane to move small light beams from a conveyor to a
staging area when the stack of beams became unstable and started to fall over. As he attempted to get out of the way of the falling beams, he fell to the ground, dislocating/fracturing his left elbow. He was hospitalized and had surgery.
