Incident Narrative

An employee was unstrapping piping from a truck trailer when two bundles of four pipes came loose and struck the employee, dropping him to the ground. He suffered a bruised head, head injury, internal injuries, bruised spleen, broken left shoulder, and broken vertebrae.
