An employee was standing near a combo machine waiting to relieve someone on the casing puller when he attempted to move casing that was stuck in the combo machine. The rollers grabbed his gloved hand and pulled it into the rubber-clad rollers. His right pinky, ring, and middle fingers were crushed.
