Incident Narrative

An employee was hooking up a mail transporter to a tow motor. He was holding onto an APC (all purpose container), using his foot to connect the second APC to the tow bar, when his foot became tangled in the tow bar and caused him to fall. He held onto the APC to prevent his fall and dislocated his right shoulder, requiring hospitalization.
