Incident Narrative

An employee lowered a truck lift gate to unloading the trailer at a store. He was pulling a table to the back (end) of the trailer when the table became caught on a stirrup, causing him to trip/fall and strike his jaw. He suffered a fractured jaw and was hospitalized.
