Incident Narrative
An employee was helping a jockey truck driver close the doors of all of the trailers to prepare for a snow storm. The employees could not completely close the doors of the holding trailer, so the employee stood behind the trailer and held the doors closed while the jockey driver backed the trailer up the bay door. The employee was then pinned between the dock plate and the trailer, suffering a broken left arm and bruised upper/lower torso.
