Incident Narrative
An employee was waiting as paper was being fed off a spool at the end of a paper reel into a dry end pulper. As the paper on the spool came to an end, the employee stepped onto the moving paper. As a result, his feet came out from underneath him and he fell fracturing his pelvis.
