An employee was walking by some crates/boxes that were stacked in the yard when a huge wind gust blew one of the top crates off the stack. The crate struck his head, left shoulder, and left rib cage area and knocked him to the ground. He suffered broken ribs, a mild concussion, and a bleeding spleen, requiring hospitalization.
