Incident Narrative
An employee was using a forklift to transfer boxes from one building to another. Strong gusts of wind blew the boxes over, and the employee reached to grab the plastic wrapping that held the boxes together. The wind continued to pull the boxes and twisted the wrapping around his index fingertip, severing it.
