Incident Narrative

An employee had dismounted his vehicle to make a delivery and was returning to his postal vehicle to continue his route. He was walking down a paved walkway with a slight incline. The pavement was wet due to rainy weather. He slipped and fell, landing on his knee and breaking his kneecap in two places. He was hospitalized.
